Overview

Recruiting on behalf of an organisation seeking a Business Analyst to join its technology team in Dublin.

This role will support the continued development of the organisation’s modern Microsoft based digital workplace, helping drive productivity improvements through automation, analytics, and AI enabled solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into practical solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with teams across the organisation to understand business needs and operational challenges
Lead workshops, conduct user interviews, and document requirements
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project priorities and progress

Process and Solution Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve processes using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities
Support initiatives involving workflow automation, low code solutions, and AI enabled tools
Develop proof of concept or prototype solutions where appropriate

Solution Design and Delivery

Produce clear functional design documentation for proposed solutions
Support testing, release, and change management activities across projects
Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements

Project Delivery

Manage a pipeline of digital workplace initiatives including automation and workflow projects
Define scope, timelines, and delivery plans
Monitor risks, issues, and progress across initiatives

Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with developments across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern workplace technologies
Contribute to the organisation’s digital workplace roadmap and ongoing improvements

Experience Required

3 to 5 years experience working as a Business Analyst within digital workplace or modern applications environments
Strong experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
Experience working with Agile delivery practices and backlog management
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies
Experience with Power Platform including PowerApps and automation tools
Familiarity with low code development approaches and digital workplace solutions
Exposure to AI enabled tools within the Microsoft ecosystem is beneficial
